Billionaires are destroying this country. Tax them or deport them.
They rewrite tax laws to pay almost nothing, suppress wages while many of their own workers rely on public assistance, profit from a healthcare system that makes basic care unaffordable, and use AI and automation to eliminate jobs while keeping nearly all of the gains for themselves.
They have the money to solve major, systemic problems virtually overnight. But they won't.
This isn’t fantasy, the wealth exists and if we taxed just a fraction of it, we could:
- Create a healthcare system where no one fears the cost of seeing a doctor.
- Build enough affordable housing that every working family can afford a place to live.
- Make college and job training affordable without decades of crushing debt.
- Rebuild America’s roads, bridges, transit, power grid, and water systems for the next century.
- Build an economy where working full-time is enough to live with dignity and build wealth.
- Or (gestures around to the entire country) fix just about anything we wanted to.
Instead, billionaires bankroll politicians, fight every attempt to raise wages, profit from student debt, build massive data centers that consume land, water, and power while local communities bear the costs, hide wealth overseas, and spend more on stock buybacks than on the people who actually keep their companies running.
Billionaires do not care about this country or the people who make it great.
They should either pay their fair share in taxes or lose the privileges that come with benefiting from it.
